Inside the tour
In November 2023, Caliskaner Water Technologies hosted a technical site tour for the Students and Young Professionals (SYP) Committee of the CWEA San Francisco Bay Section, with more than 30 attendees from public utilities, engineering firms, and universities. The tour featured advanced primary and secondary treatment technologies demonstrated under a California Energy Commission (CEC)-funded project focused on treatment intensification and decarbonization. Attendees saw how advanced technologies can help utilities address capacity constraints and increasingly stringent regulatory compliance targets.
